Service Prompt is a multi-brand car workshop in Șcheia, on the edge of Suceava, at Șos. Humorului 144. We handle servicing and oil changes, brakes, suspension, timing belts, computer diagnostics, air conditioning, tyre fitting and wheel alignment. The vehicle inspection station and one of our two parts shops are in the same yard, so most jobs are finished in a single visit.

We work on cars and light commercial vehicles of any make. If you do not see what you need, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
Oil and filters to your manufacturer's specification, with a full check of levels and wear. We are a Castrol Service partner.
Pads, discs, calipers, shock absorbers, arms and links. We measure wear on the lift and show you what we found before you approve anything.
The Romanian periodic technical inspection, done in the same yard as the workshop, so faults can be fixed on the spot.
Fitting, balancing, TPMS check and wheel alignment on our own rig, with a before-and-after report.
We read the fault codes from every control unit and, more importantly, interpret them. A code rarely means one specific part.
Timing kit, water pump and accessory belt — planned work, with parts checked before fitting.
Recovery, vacuum, leak test and refill with the exact amount of refrigerant, plus cabin filter and system cleaning.
Two of our own shops — one at the workshop in Șcheia, one in Suceava on Str. Mihai Eminescu 16 — plus parts ordered in.
Battery and alternator testing, fitting a new battery, basic electrical checks.

Yes. We check the car, tell you what needs doing and what it costs, and only start once you agree. If something extra comes up, we call you first.
